Check out this gorgeous film from the talented Andrew Hsu of Studio MSV of our shoot! Andrew has an amazing gift for seeing light and for directing people - as well as is a wonderful editor. I am always inspired after seeing his very lyrical work.

Last month I worked on a wonderful collaboration with some of the country's top vendors on a project inspired by Jane Austen's Pride + Prejudice. The brainchild of Anne Sage of the interiors blog The City Sage, this shoot was right up my alley - a vintage feel, soft colors, romantic florals, and a fantastic location at which to make it all happen: the stunning Villa Montalvo.

We're so excited to see the images in (virtual) print on Style Me Pretty and on Non Pareil, a beautiful new online publication.

And of course a huge thank you to all of our collaborators - this shoot was truly a group effort. One of the reasons I love the wedding industry is that it is filled with amazing artists and amazing people, and this project could not have brought that more to light.

I was tickled pink to discover that I won First Place in the Getting Ready category of Photo District News' Top Knots annual contest, and that I was a finalist in the Portraits category.
