Minnie + Brian's lush, Chinoiserie-inspired affair at San Francisco's Asian Art Museum was filled with soft, blush colors, branches, birds and flowers. From the hand-painted aisle runner to the wallpapered sign-in wall to the gorgeous hand-lettered seating cards, this was an event to remember.
Designed by Gloria Wong, planned by Jubilee Lau, with florals by Hunt Littlefield, I was so blown away by the level of detail and design on this event. The dessert bar in itself was pretty spectacular!!
Minnie + Brian were so sweet, and so much fun to photograph, even braving a light rain for our portrait session in downtown San Francisco.
I was really honored (and might I mention, insanely nervous - can you tell? :) ) to be interviewed by DWF when I was in NYC speaking at WPPI/PDN PhotoPlus. It was fun to share my love for film with the DWF crowd.
PS - I've actually been shooting film since I was sixteen years old - so for nineteen years... Eleven of those have been as a wedding photographer.

I have drooled over Ariella's work for years, and was lucky enough to get to know her on a Colorado wedding we did together a few years ago. When we decided to collaborate on this shoot, I was just over the moon. I knew a ton of eye candy awaited...
